It starts with a single patch.

At AcneAid, we believe in the transformative power of confidence. Acne is more than just a physical condition—it can significantly impact one's self-esteem and sense of worth, especially for teenagers navigating the already difficult journey of adolescence. Unfortunately, for some people, access to proper skin care products is inaccessible.

That's where we come in. AcneAid is dedicated to providing support and resources to teenagers in homeless shelters who are struggling with acne. We understand the profound effect that acne can have on one's confidence and mental well-being, and we are committed to making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Our mission focuses on ensuring no teenager feels alone in their journey towards healthier skin and stronger confidence in themselves.

Acne is prevalent in 85% of all teenagers at some point. Multiple studies have highlighted the impact of acne on these teenagers taking a toll on their mental health - especially self-esteem, social relationships, anxiety, and depression.

Using this information, our team has prioritized sympathizing with all teenagers who go through the challenges of puberty and aims to offer tangible support for those who are unable to take care of their skin.

We address the physical discomfort of acne and the emotional impact it can have on self-esteem but one patch at a time, we hope to build confidence starting with our nearby communities to the whole world.
